BCBOA President Tim Heide today announced the creation of a new award....the Bob Hall Award of Merit.

This new award is intended to recognize officials who have made significant contributions to their local associations in the areas of Mentoring, Education, Officiating, Recruiting, Leadership and Administration.

Bob Hall Awards of Merit will be presented annually to deserving officials.
