Steve Mawhinney has been announced as the 2012 CABO Wink Willox Award at the recent CABO AGM held in Whistler, BC.  A formal presentation will take place at the Basketball BC Hall of Fame and Awards Banquet in the spring of 2012.  Steve is the long-time president of the GVBOA and a member of the CIS Canada West Panel.

Mark Regan of the VBOA has received one of several $500.00 Ritchie/Nicurity Scholarships, which are presented annually by CABO, to post secondary student applicants from across the Country. Mark is only the second BCBOA member to have applied and received this scholarship in the past 8 years.
